I have run several half marathons but since my pregnancy I have not run once. I decided that rather than throwing myself back into the half marathon game, I would start small. I am going to be starting the Couch to 5k plan next week. I will be updating on my progress on every Friday. Does anyone else want to participate to? We can do a Fitness Friday to cheer each other on and a linky to follow each other.
