Weightloss Weds Getting Over The Hump

Well weight loss has not been too hot this week.  Only 1.4 lbs… I mean its still good.  I’m just really going to have to stick to the diet better and log what I’m eating.  I’m finally back to exercising so I know that will help.   I am thankful for the eMeals plans though, at least they give me direction.
