I think the part I  loved best about this dinner was I didn’t have to stand over it the whole time.  The rice is really easy to prepare and only takes 10 minutes instead of 40+, and I never knew what that rice would turn out like. Everyone loved the dinner.

I was able to take the leftover and just throw it together for a quick lunch the next day.  So two meals in one.  Another plus in my mind.
