I love smoothies for breakfast, so this was an easy option for me. I just tossed 1 tsp of the Green Tea Powder in every morning. I never tried any of the recipes though, since I was already adding it to my smoothies, and I wanted it to last LOL. I will say that it has a very strong green tea taste, so if you don’t love that taste, you are going to need to hide this in your recipes to get the health benefits.
