So naturally after reading the description I was excited for the video to arrive.
Day 1 – Did the warm up and most of session 1. Not too sure how I feel about this claiming to be a video suited for beginners. Not that its hard, but it transitions between positions quickly.
Day 2 – Still aggravated that she goes through the sequences so quickly, I cannot follow with the person on the screen, she doesn’t match what shes saying.
A few days later – I decided that MAYBE if I don’t look and I just listen, I will be able to do this since I already know all the names and general order. Lo and behold, I have it figured it. 🙂 I was finally able to get through the video. This method may not work for everyone but it worked great for me.
I have tried to use the video a few times a week, every week. I am not the most dedicated person when it comes to working out since it is cutting in to my sleep schedule, and I don’t get much of that these days.
I really do enjoy the video now and plan to continue using it because it really does make me feel better to get up and exercise.
What do you think of yoga? Would you ever do it?
