I was given the opportunity to work with Vita Sciences on their B-12 and Vitamin D creams. I like the packaging on each item, the bottle has the exact same information. What I would have liked to see was a little more explanation of the potential health benefits for those who don’t know.
Each bottle contains a 30 day supply and gets applied topically. I was hesitant at first because I wasn’t sure how it was going to smell or feel once it went on to my skin. Luckily, it absorbs really quickly and has no yucky lingering odor.
With the B12, my skin feels smooth and it absorbs quickly. I loved this. It’s so much easier to remember to do this. I am terrible about remembering pills. It does have peppermint oil in it, so it has a light fragrance.
From the Website:
Maxasorb B12 is scientifically formulated to topically delivery Vitamin B12. Similar technology as our patented B-12 Patch is used in this skin soothing lotion. Each full application of lotion provides 320 micrograms of Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) plus 120 micrograms of Vitamin B3 (niacin) and 10 micrograms of Folate.
With the D3 I noticed it was a bit sticky for the first minute, but then it was gone. I don’t like milk so this is a great way for me to get my vitamins. I know I can get it from the sun, but I spend much of my days indoors, so this is a nice backup plan.
From the Website:
Vitamin D is crucial to our body’s process of converting calcium into strong bones. We obtain Vitamin D through our diet and also from sunlight. Obtaining enough Vitamin D is critical as we age due to reduced bone strength and our heart health. Maxasorb D3 provides an easy and effective way to supplement our daily Vitamin D.
Each measured dose of lotion from our airless dispenser delivers 1,000 IU of Vitamin D3 with a full press of the pump. Rubbing the easily absorbed, odorless lotion on your arms or legs makes daily use of Maxasorb D3 an ideal way to get all the Vitamin D you need. Natural ingredients assure this lotion is gentle to your skin.
I actually plan on trying the Melatonin product for sleeping as I’ve been suffering from a bit of insomnia lately. You can stop by on Amazon and purchase your own Maxasorb products, I’ve included two links 🙂
