  2. Avoid junk foods which make us dull and unhealthy.
  3. You should eat healthy diet such as vegetables, fruits, fish, nuts, lean meat.

  5. Creating positive thinking is good in order to be healthy.
  6. You need 8-10 hours of sleep every day.
  7. Smiling makes your face look younger and it feels great.
  8. Try drinking half your body weight in ounces of water each day.
  9. Do stretching; it keeps you running longer and gives you strength.
  10. Try jogging for about 10 minutes 3 to 5 times a week.
