Slow-Cooker Tomato-Herb Pork Chops and Peppers

Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp organic tomato paste
1/2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper
2 to 3 bone-in pork chops (about 1 1/2 lb)
3/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion

Instructions

Combine tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Spread paste mixture over pork. Arrange pork in a 4-quart slow cooker. Add broth, bell peppers, and onion. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours or until pork is tender.
