My Cloth Diaper Wash Routine

I have one of the simplest routines for washing diapers, or at least I like to think so. Grab from bottom of diaper organizer,  I am OCD about this because it keeps them in constant rotation. Pee diapers go right into pail. Poopy diapers... Dunk and swish.  I need a diaper sprayer. Into a wet bag and into the pail. My favorite cloth diaper

So I'm sure everyone is wondering what is our favorite cloth diaper?  Well If you would have asked me in the beginning, hands down the answer was bumGenius.  But, after 7 months, I still like them but I don't LOVE them.  I actually love the ones I have made for my son.  Maybe because I can customize it more, but they fit him well straight from the pattern.  Also, I'm sure I'm one of the few who loves hook and loop closures vs. snaps.  I think you get a much better fit that way. How and Why I Started Cloth Diapering

I knew from before I was pregnant that I wanted to cloth diaper.  Originally, it was because we lived so far and trash service was only weekly, so the idea of a weeks worth of dirty diapers just made me ill.  Plus, I wanted to do something better for the environment.  Most of my friends thought I was crazy, and they still do.  The other big factor for me was cost.  I just don't see the benefits to sposies.
