Free 21 Day Challenge


 The group starts the FOURTH MONDAY of every month.

I am so excited about this.  It will be a FREE group committed to helping everyone get healthier.  It’s allowing us to hit our goals and stay strong all year long.

In this group, we are going to have:

  • Meal planning resources, strategies and tips
  • A private group on Facebook to check in and receive tips, motivation, encouragement, etc.
  • Free access to over $2,000 worth of workouts online
  • A whole team of coaches

The overall goal of this group is to help give you a jump start and teach you strategies for success. You are also part of a group of people who can help and encourage you. From my own personal experience, I’ve learned you can’t always do it on your own.  When life has thrown me a curve ball, often I just wanted to give up but have a group of like-minded friends helped keep me on track.
