A Challenge group is a group of people looking to change their lives through the Beachbody Challenge. I run these challenges MONTHLY, and we start on a Monday, usually the 3rd Monday of the month. This is your chance to really commit yourself and to your goals and take the right steps towards a healthier lifestyle.
The groups are PRIVATE and small! This gives us all a chance to get to know one another and learn from each other. In a safe and fun environment. We commit to our health goals, our fitness goals, our nutrition and we stay accountable to each other by posting daily in the group. It keeps us motivated and gives us the support and encouragement we need to succeed, it’s PROVEN!
I do have a few requirements to join one of my Challenge Groups. (NO, there is no fee to be a part of the challenge.) Only the following is required:
1.You must choose a Beachbody at-home fitness program. If you do not already own one that you would like to do… I can work with you to pick the perfect one for your lifestyle and goals. (If you need to purchase a program, make sure you ask me how you can save between 25-45% OFF by ordering your Shakeology and program together!) 2. You must be willing to replace one meal a day with Shakeology for the X amount of days and follow the nutrition guide. This is going to ensure you get the results you desire within the X days of the challenge. DIET makes up 70% of your results… You can’t outrun a bad diet! You’ve heard it said before ABS are made in the kitchen… 3. You must be open-minded and willing to share & participate in the group. We have daily assignments/check ins that are designed to help you overcome obstacles and grow as a person, this is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix.If this sounds like something YOU want to do contact me for details and let’s get you started!
